YEP. All rolled in together.
Something to bear in mind though is that if for example a hotfix introduced a bug and this was reported and fixed, then even though that hotfix is all rolled up in X1C so is the fix for the bug. that's my nderstanding from a post which Seth made a little while ago.
I'm happy to stand corrected but I think that's how it works. One thing is absolutely sure. If you bought X1 today that hadn't been updated in any way at all, then all you need is to install X1c to bring it all up to date
