Quick question about recording settings

So in my windows audio settings i have it like this

And in Sonar , should i change the record bit depth to 24 also  ?

    Yes, change recording bit depth to 24.

    The Windows audio setting has never mattered to me in Sonar. It is the default setting for apps that need audio input.

    StudioCat > I use Windows 10 and Sonar Platinum. I have a touch screen.
    I make some videos. This one shows how to do a physical loopback on the RME UCX to get many more equalizer nodes.
