QuickFIx 255 and resolved midi device selection issue

I've been meaning to say thankyou to the Bakers for fixing the midi device selection problem introduced by previous quickfixes. I've also noticed (and maybe other Mackie Control users have noticed this too), that previous issues of the MCU losing communication with Sonar seem to have been resolved too, so well done and thank you again.
