    I read the topic title too quick and was thinking "So soon??!" because B. B. King was just admitted into hospice care (the usual end of life type care though he may live for quite a while longer).
     
    Now I'm off to see who the heck was Ben E. King...

    A sad day for the music world. Whether he was singing with the Drifters, or solo, his voice just had that soulful character that stood out above so many others. Rest In Peace, and thank you for what you gave to all of us.
