My Mom asked me a couple of days ago if I knew who that was. She said he had suffered a stroke, guess he didn't recover from it...

Yeah, that's a bummer. I got to see Spingsteen and the E Street band a few times back in Denver. The Big Man had an undeniable stage presence. Cherished memories, and we'll miss him.

Spent the weekend at the Jersey shore for Father’s Day and I just heard about Clarence’s passing tonight. Growing up and living my entire life in the great state of New Jersey, Bruce’s music and Clarence’s sax solos have just been woven into the fabric of my life.
