    RIP indeed.  Gilligan's Island was by far my favorite TV show when I was young.

    Gilligan, little buddy! 

    I loved Gilligan's Island and Dobie Gillis.  Brady Bunch--not so much.  That's mostly because I was older than their target demographic and not necessarily about the quality of the show. 

    Thanks and RIP, Sherwood. 

    Should auld acquaintance be forgot--hey, who the hell are you guys?

    Sad ... I heard it on the radio last night.  The Brady Bunch and Gilligan's Island were both part of my childhood.

    Gilligan's Island was by far my favorite TV show when I was young.


    Now that is sad news indeed.

    I enjoyed Howdy Doody when I was young, but by the time Gilligan's Island was on the air I had developed some taste.
