RIP Ted Wood
Not the political correct place to put this, but what the hell. Mods can delete or move to whatever spam trap.
Passing of a great soul, stellar guitarist. No silver plaques, unknown artist, but an incredible musician.
Was most active in the Reaper forum but spent some time brousing here and reportedly had personal contact with some of you.
Ted Wood passed from life from some form of cancer.
Eulogies and comments included a couple notable points.
First, the dignity of his exit. Hard on rise above the suffering. Composing on his laptop up and until death. Never complaining about pain, just what he could leave behind that would be of service to anybody.
Second, comments that his rendition of "Little Wing" was as good as anyone has ever done. Have to agree.
RIP Ted. One blogger hoping that Ted can hang out with Jimi for awhile so they can compare notes.
Loss of a great soul. Moment of silence.
