RME UFX midi ports not showing up in X3E

When booting up this morning, my UFX midi ports are not showing up in SONAR.

I booted up 8.5 and X1 with no issue finding the midi ports.

I have closed SONAR several times and also reset/powered on/off the UFX. I am also getting an invalid sample rate error message when booting up SONAR too. NEVER got this before and it works fine in 8.5 and X1.

    GuitarMech,

Using my RME UCX, I'm not having the same problem today.

Obvious question is to open Preference > Midi > Devices and ensure they are checked. (this is where they aren't showing up right?)

Beyond that... scratch... no freakin clue

StudioCat > I use Windows 10 and Sonar Platinum. I have a touch screen.
I make some videos. This one shows how to do a physical loopback on the RME UCX to get many more equalizer nodes.

Thanks for the reply. They were not showing up to check or not...

I am good now. Opening up 8.5 and X1 somehow  got X3 to recognize the midi ports and also resolved the audio format issue.  Never got this before the X3E patch.

I am up with the full compliments of the audio interface now.  thx again for a quick reply.
