RP DELAY NOT LOADING

I own the rp delay I have the same setup on my laptop and my main computer (win 7)....it works on my laptop but not on my main machine....RP was no help..saying an upgrade may fix it?? has anyone else had issues or solved MY problem??

here is the error message when I scan the VST's:

OMP: Error #15: Initializing libiomp5md.dll, but found libguide40.lib already initialized.
OMP: Hint: This may cause performance degradation and correctness issues. Set environment
variable KMP_DUPLICATE_LIB_OK=TRUE to ignore this problem and force the progam to continue anyway.

Any help??

    I have had this issue as well and when I contacted Cakewalk Support they told me it wasn't their issue, but Intels.  That is a lot of help.

    Anyways another forum member told me this:

    Add a new System Variable to the following Control Panel->System->Advanced Settings->Environment Variables->System Variables
    KMP_DUPLICATE_LIB_OK=TRUE
