RPNs in Studio Instruments

I'd like to know how RPNs are handled by Studio Instruments plug-ins.

Some of MIDI files contain RPN#0 for setting pitch bend sensitivity for GM-compatible instruments, but Studio Instruments plug-ins normally become silent when they receive it.  I've understood that each RPN has a registered meaning and assumed that it is ignored if it cannot be handled properly.  So I cannot believe Studio Instruments plug-ins' behavior.

Is there any description or table on how Studio Instruments plug-ins implement RPNs?

Thanks in advance.

I just found a KB article about Session Drummer 2 below.  Is it also true for Studio Instruments?  If it is, I wish it could be found more quickly.

In addition, why is handling of RPNs (not NRPNs) affected by the "Do not intercept NRPNs" option?  Shall it be renamed to "Do not intercept RPNs/NRPNs" if it also affects RPNs?
