Bring up the RXP GUI and kit the F1 key. Like many of the synths and effects, it has it's own help.
    The 64biit help file is  c:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Vstlugins\RXP\RXP.chm
The 32biit help file is c:\Program Files (x86)\Cakewalk\Vstlugins\RXP\RXP.chm

Thank you scook.  I'm sure this may help a lot of others looking for documentation for these things. BUT shouldn't this procedure be in the documentation somewhere??

The X1 SONAR Reference Guide refers to the online help thoughout the document for example on page 121:

"Note: Each soft synth uses a different method of choosing and auditioning sounds. This is often
outlined in the synth's documentation. You can press the F1 key to open the online help for a
    synth."

    and on page 1297:
"For more information, see the RXP online Help."

It has always been in the SONAR documentation. Granted it could be better layed out and proofed for each version of SONAR and the SONAR Power books might do a better job of explaining all of the features but accessing help in the synths and effects is in the documentation.
