Rachael from Cardholder Services called me twice today !!
I've been getting her robo calls for years now. Usually 2-3-4 times a week. Sometimes I hang up, sometimes I get an actual company rep and waste their time by tell them to quit calling me. Well today I got really mad and filed a complaint with the FTC. The FTC has been following them for years now, but I wanted to make it official. I'm on the "do not call" list but Rachael doesn't care. Apparently Rachael is a financial office in Florida and/or California that gets your credit card number and promises to get your interest rates reduced and puts a $600-$1,490 charge on your credit card. It's a total rip off. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER !!!!! Just google "Rachael from Cardholder Services" and you'll read all about it !!

I used to be a cardholder until I got "serviced" for a VERY large amount of my life-savings. Now I'm no longer a cardholder (though Rachael still calls from time to time).

Don't waste your time with the do not call list. These calls are generated from offshore somewhere and the are spoofing their numbers. Best bet is to not answer calls from numbers you don't know.

I get them, too, despite the fact that robocalls are illegal in North Carolina to all phone numbers, whether you're on the no call list or not.

Well, Rachel must be making a lot of money to afford a large phone bill for several phone lines. From the complaints posted at http://www.callercenter.com, she reportedly used the following: 712-792-7195 520-301-4398 915-217-5883 308-210-0422 And those are a few. Hmm... Too bad she's a recording or I'd make the call longer so she pays a lot bigger phone bill.

Doesn't this make her a recording artist ?? It is a recording isn't it ?? Maybe I could get one of the robo machines and call people all day and play my music over the phone on them. That would make me a recording artist too wouldn't it ??

At least you know that there is no problem with your credit. If it is the one that calls me that is what they say after they ID themselves as cardholder services.... HEY... wait a minute... I Card Holder?? I wonder if this is Eric Holder's wife...

This needs to be reported to the Consumer Protection Agency in your state, and if there is no reply to the FBI. This is a ploy by Credit Card companies to raise your interest rate from the introductory one, and then keep it high because your account is "at risk". Bank of America and its affiliates is famous for this, but since this is a country that allows commercial rip-off and congress agrees with it, and the Attorney Generals think that BofA and Chase, and others are too big to chase down and have them fix the issue ... you alreayd know the answer ... fu!

This needs to be reported to the Consumer Protection Agency in your state, and if there is no reply to the FBI. All my numbers are on the "no call list" but in the last year, give or take, it seems that it matters less and less. Many use "unknown number" when they call. I would just "pick up/hang up" but that is also the caller ID when my daughter calls from Germany. So I pick up/listen a few seconds/hang up. Over the last several years I have reported many companies that ignore the "no call" but I finally realized that it wasn't doing any good... HOWEVER... I did get a response from the FL Attornry General's office the last time I reported a FL number. At least they seem to care in FL. I used to copy the message details and send them to abuse@everyIPSlisted in the email and to spam@uce.gov... sometimes I still do, it isn't too much trouble. I have gotten responses from ISPs. J
