Raga
This is the last piece on my new CD. It is scored around Z3TA-2, using two preset patches: Seq Arp FL and Richie's Pad. It's also orchestrated with VSL chamber strings (vlns 1, vlns2, vlas, vc, db). Length = 4:49 http://www.jerrygerber.com/raga.htm Jerry www.jerrygerber.com

I sure like how it all fits together. You have gone to a little extra work with your viola panning! Nice. That arpeggiated patch is a fun contrast to your strings. This wouldn't be out of place 100 years from now, when it will be played by robots. :) For my ears, to support the length of the piece, you could probably have a more extended interlude in the middle, for variation. I did like the filtery sweeps that pop in and out. Really well done! cheers, -Tom

Very well done Jerry and nice composition!! The Z3ta patches + the strings reminded me fondly of Don Dorsey's Bachbusters. Excellent work Jerry!!

Ditto, really nice mix of classic and modern. It fits so well together while the individual parts are still very solid. And the mix itself is very clear and clean. Good stuff.

Jerry, You certainly are a master of composition. Really fine work and, as others' have stated, nice mix of classic and modern. Really like the bit between 1:04 and 1:30. Kind of a Jerry Goldtsmith, tense/spooky orchestral vibe going on, somewhat repeated later in a variation. Great stuff.
Regards

One idea is to put some works on Soundcloud or Youtube. So people using phones in the song forum can listen. Just an idea ofc.

At work - listening on my headphones. It sounds great. Your attention to detail is wonderful. Love the strings bouncing back and forth. Nice theme(s) in there as well. Movie-ready to my ears.

Finally. The solution was to switch to Chrome browser. I saw now the player. And the song is great. Wow.

Great sounding song and production. To echo some of the comments above -- it has a nice mix of classic and modern.
