Molten Music Technology has agreed to take on the warranty and support of all current Rain UK customers. Please contact us using the form.
For Rain USA we cannot provide any warranty support for your systems but we are always happy to help you if we can.
 
Does this mean they shut down business? I bought a silent desktop DAW box which is just superb, would be a real shame if they are out of business ...

    Old post, but in case you didn't know, and according to a competitor of theirs, Rain is out of business. Someone posted a quote on Gearslutz from the Rain site (while they still had one) that they are out of business and the support for UK was being taken over by another company but US was out of luck.
