Rain?
Last night it poured. I was in my little studio watching flashes of lightning through the window but not really hearing much. I cupped my hands and put them behind me ears and wow I could hear the rain on my window. I could hear the clock ticking. It was beautiful. I got up walked around the house with my hands behind my ears in amazement. Had it been so long that I had forgotten normal sounds? I went out side and listened to the rain splash from the gutters. Wow I thought. I took my hands away and it all disappeared.

Last time I was in my little studio with rain and thunder and lightning outside, it came zapping down the phone line and fried my router and ethernet card.

Makes me really wonder about some of my mixes  . I guess I finally have to get hearing aids. The Doc says I need 2 good ones. The good news is they will be free. The bad news is then I will hear what I actually sound like

Love the sound of rain, thunder, really nice to sit undercover in the garden and listen to the multitude of droplets.
