Raise or lower pitch of a note on vocal track

Is there a way, short of punching in / out, of changing the pitch of a note on a vocal or other audio track? Let's say the singer was just a little flat or sharp on a note or two. Can it be moved in Sonar Producer 8? If not, is there a program out there that will let you do that?

Time to read the manuals? :o) It's been under your nose all the time.
And there are several pitch shifting softwares, both commercial and free.
Melodyne is the best, but many think VVocal is equally good for simple, basic pitch adjusting.

SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.

DUH! With a name like VVocal, I thought that it only worked on vocals! Maybe it was too early in the morning. Yea, that's it, too early...

Well, the title of thread only mentions vocals :o)
Any pitch shifter requires relatively clean/clear sounds, distorted or whispering sounds are hard to read, and like VVocal, most of them are only monophonic.
