Rapture 1.22 x64 does NOT remember my ACT mappings

I use the usual procedure: enable ACT button, move a few knobs on Rapture, then move faders on my Keyboard Controller. "Do you want to keep these assignments?" I click OK and everything works fine: I insert new instances – mappings are there. I start a new project and insert Rapture – mappings are there.
 
But after I restart Sonar and insert Rapture, my mappings are gone and the ACT MIDI Controller Plug-in shows for Rapture a set of mappings (always the same) which is DIFFERENT from what I had assigned before exiting Sonar.
 
This is very annoying. Rapture LE (that came with Sonar X1) and all the other VSTi do not have this problem.
 
Anyone can re-create this?
