Rapture Distortion w/ Tempo Changes

When using Rapture & 8.5.2 in projects that contain tempo changes the bounced audio track has very bad zipper noise/ distortion. This happens when bouncing using either quick or real time settings. I also tried lowering preset & output levels in Rapture (which can be very hot depending on the patches used.)

Anyone have a fix / suggestion for this problem?
