Rapture LE in Producer 8

I just had a major refomat on my computer (Vista with 8 Gb Ram 750 Gb H/D, Athlon 1Gb dual processor).
 
I have come to reinstall Producer 8, everything was going fine until I got an error message regarding Rapture LE. When I try and use it (it worked fine before) I get a fatal error message, and Sonar crashes.
 
I have reinstalled it several times, downloaded all the patches, but nothing seems to work.
 
Everything else seems to work ok, anyone got any idea's?
