Rapture behaving strangely

I just installed Rapture on a fresh install of Windows 7 and applied the 1.2.2 update. When I open the Rapture microhost, it recogizes my MOTU Traveler in the ASIO section but Outputs is greyed out. If I open Ratpure in a host (i.e. Kore 2) it plays fine. OK. It gets even weirder. If I put my computer to sleep and then come out of standby say a few hours later, the Outputs are active. Then they disapper again after another sleep cycle. Anyone esle seen this in Rapture? Should I report a bug?
