Rapture question

Hi.  I have the full version of Rapture however when I pull it up, I get a black interface with nothing on it.  I have reinstalled it but no luck.  Can anyone help?

    Not a lot to go on in the post.  If this is a Mac install, I can't help.

    No PC.  Windows 7, 64 bit, Maudio 2496 soundcard.  8GB RAM.

    Is this the version bundled with SONAR or separately purchased?
    Does the stand alone version work correctly?

    The LE version that came with Sonar works.  Having issues with the full version I purchased.

    The standalone no VST version works.  Just the VST within Sonar has this issue.
