Rature refuses to recognize registration code

Rature refuses to recognize registration code

I have tried to register Rapture with the registration code but rapture keeps rejecting it.  I am using Windows 7 any ideas?
I have run Sonar x3 in administrator mode and it still won't accept it.  Thanks in advance for the help.
