Re load Sonar ..files safe ?

I've caused a glitch during start up of Sonar X1 and also File opening que ..if I delete Sonar XP and reload it , will all my Cakewalk sequence files and audio files /data be safe ? I have backed up important files but there's a heck of a lot in there...if I don't need to back up to external drive etc it will save me a lot of time.

So sorry to have caused such confusion...it was a typo ...if I can make it clearer I was referring to the sequencer released by Cakewalk called "Sonar X1". It came in an Orange and white coloured box if that helps ? XP of course was a Windows operating system which I think now is becoming obsolete...

Now your post makes sense. Your projects should be fine. However, I would copy or move them to a different folder.

Your projects and audio files will not be affected by uninstalling and re-installing SONAR.

You might, however, lose some custom settings such as plugin layouts and project templates, so I'd suggest making a backup of \users\{your_name}\appdata\roaming\cakewalk and your templates folder.
