Re-Loading RAPTURE/DIMENSION PRO

I have a new computer and have been busy for a month downloading and re-activating libraries and VST plug-ins.  Everything is pretty well in place except for my CAKEWALK libraries.  The Rapture Pro & Dimension Pro are showing presets, but very few of them.  I  upgraded these libraries in the past few years and they were loaded with presets.  How do I get them back?  Cakewalk has not been very rapid in conversing with me.

Thoughts, suggestions?

I had this problem with RapPro and it was very maddening. in the end Rapture was looking for it's multisamples in a directory one level deeper than it should have been. I simply copied all the multisamples into it.

So, for example, I had RapPro multisamples in: D:/Rapture Pro/Multisamples
RapPro was looking for them in: D:/Rapture Pro/Multisamples/Rapture Pro/Multisamples

You can find where the presets are and us mklink. scook is an expert on this; basically you create a link that causes the program to look where it expects the presets, but is then directed to where they really are.

In your post title you mention "Rapture" but in your post you mention "Rapture Pro"
These are different products, so it is not clear which one you are really talking about.

    Is it Rapture LE?

    Is it Rapture?

    or is it Rapture Pro?

    Cheers
