Okay, so the problem must have existed for sometime. It was an anomoly in my default template (which I had saved/overwritten before...thanks rabeach). I'd never seen it before because I rarely work at 120bpm, usually opting for about 74-80 and as such never hit the "wall" before. So, if you're not bored with me yet, here's the finished product, extended, cropped, edited with a solo in it (about 1:40). Be nice, first stab at pitchbending in 18 years. mp3 p5p device chain for lead Oh yeah, if you use this its transposed down 7, thats cause I usually groove out in A but the slapbass was only good in a narrow range (thus the D,G,A). Thanks very much everyone for looking into my problem. In the end I had to rebuild. Save every track as a device chain and save every pattern. Then start from new and paste er all in.

Thanks very much everyone for looking into my problem. In the end I had to rebuild. Save every track as a device chain and save every pattern. Then start from new and paste er all in.
Jeez Phil...what a PITA. Sorry about all that. Cool that rabeach finally come up with the solution. Slap bass works in ANY key...what are you talking about!!! Trust me...I've done it!  WC

Maybe for real it does, but not on the dimension sample, it loses its slap in the mid/lower octaves.

Messin' with you Phil. You've done an amazing amount of work on this tune, even BEFORE you had to rebuild it. Me, I would have dumped it and not had the patience once the file corruption started...so tribute to you for sticking with it... WC

Nice groove Phil...love the A074: Thin Leada Psyn II Solo on track 6 and the Dimension Rhodes work on 4. I would have doubled the bass part on the rhodes on the fade out, and shut off the Chorus flanger for that cool retro sound ....oh wait, I did  on my copy. Thanks for including the P5 file  . I'm gonna be jammin' on this one for awhile . You might want to include song info on the file. Under File/Info... I would include copyright, title, and Project notes... ...especially project notes <g>

Go to File in P5 menu, Info... is right under Save as Template... A Song Information window will open up. It includes Title, Subtitle, Author, Copyright, and Project notes.

Did you say TEMPLATE!!! Oh no...I don't go there anymore. Too scary, kinda like how I became philchetcuti3, there was a philchetcuti, but not a philchetcuti2...2 is kinda like black cats, ladders and templates.
