ReWire and Sibelius

Hello, new to using rewire.  Any idea why after installing Sibelius and dropping the vst .dll's to where Sonar8 looks for them it doesn't show up as a rewire choice? ReWire is still shaded out when trying to select it from the synth rack.

    Sonar, Sebilius and Rewire has been a topic around here a couple of times.  Nobody that I know of has posted a success story....It just ain't workin'
