Real Les Paul Playback Variance after exporting as wav file, sounds fine in normal proj pla

Guys - need assist.
Been using Real Les Paul Guitar (via Guitar Rig 5).  When I play the project all is good - notes are doing what the event viewer and midi display indicates.  When I export to wav (or freeze track)  I get notes that are hanging when they should have cut off (from a looped midi).
MIDI is set to zero out controllers when play is stopped.
Ran a slow bounce (as opposed to the fast bounce export to wav) to see what the difference is and the results are the same.... plays correct live in the project and crappy in the freeze/export)
Tried fast bouncing only that track... same issue.... plays fine in the project... goes funky in the export or bounce.
Using X2a and win 7 64 bit.... no issues on any projects up to this point....

Any ideas?

Much appreciated

Found the issue via event viewer. I had two D4 notes at the exact same time..... made something in the Real LP vst or GR5 unhappy.  Deleted it and all's goods.  Wish there was a way to export the miid events table to a spreadsheet for analysis.  took me a while to find the faulty note.

Event Viewer is currently the most obvious way to find those, though PRV works too.

I discovered this years ago when I heard some MIDI drum parts getting louder then quieting back down.
I located that part in PRV and started deleting notes only to find more notes behind them.
Sometimes working in PRV things get a little out of hand copying and pasting. But in this case it worked as a positive. I liked the effect and now use that trick when I want louder parts on notes already set to max velocity. I call it "note doubling".
