Realivox - The Ladies and Sonar Producer X2

I recently purchased the innovative Realivox - The Ladies (runs on Kontakt Player) and I'd be interested in hearing from fellow Sonar Producer X2 users how they successfully implemented it in SPX2 projects in terms of settings, etc.  I'm particularly interested in hearing how you configured it to be controlled by a saved MIDI file (as opposed to direct/live keyboard input) including both articulation selections (e.g., oo, ah) and notes/chords.  Thanks very much.
