    It's not even released yet.
     
    End of September.
     
    and.....propellerheads have cut distributions.  Reason 8 is supposedly only download and only available from propellerheads.
     
    Reason 8 doesn't really do much , new GUI, new workflow, drag n drop, out with Line 6 and in with SoniVox amp sims.  I know it's a lot fo programming but as a wow upgrade factor it's sort of meh.

    nah you probably can by the upgrade still on disk from shop. I did with 7..
     
    as for the update.. not impressed me enough, pity really.. too little for £99

    JRR Shop is selling it so that rules out "Propellerhad Download only"...

    Reason 8 will be available for purchase September 30, 2014.  IT's not available for purchase yet.
     
    JRRShop jumped the gun and it's not accurate.  They did this last month with a Komplete 10 webpage too, which has been taken down.

    But I'm just saying that they will be selling it...so it won't just be available

    BTW...I think this is JRR Shops way of taking "pre-orders" when
    the company really isn't offering pre-orders...but IDK....
