Re-assigning Track View key binding

Hi Folks,

This sounds like a simple task, but I don't seem to be getting anywhere,
perhaps I'm the simple one

I want to re-assign the key binding for opening the Track View - currently Alt-0 -
to Alt-2. But I cannot locate the function in the key bindings section.

Its the bit in the function section as shown below:

EDIT: ALthough the binding context shown here is Console View, I've tried all the others.

Any help hugely appreciated!

Eric.

As you might expect, it's in the Global "context". All the "Views" options are clustered together after the File, Edit and Process options (same order as the main menu), and it's about 2/3 of the way down in that group: Views | Track View

    Hi,

    Thanks very muchly.

Trouble is, I can't work out for the life of me how to get Alt-0
to map to opening track view.

    Should be simple....

It's a shame that window isn't able to searched in a context.

Change where it says "Console View" to "All" (I think it's "ALL") and more options will appear in the list including the view you want to zap and re-bind.

I'll assume that's a typo, since Alt-0 is the default binding, and you wrote earlier that you wanted to change it to Alt-2. Just scroll down to Views | Track View in the Global bind context, then click the Locate Key button, and hit Alt-2. It'll take you to that key combo, and you can bind it to Views | Track View with the Bind button, and OK.

Yeah, I think everything after "Thanks very muchly" is a typo

Sorry for the confusion, and thanks for the help!

    Eric.
