Recabinet 4.0.3 Update

Recabinet 4.0.3 is a maintenance update and is recommended for all users. It addresses numerous bugs from 4.0.2, and continues to iterate the engine for the forthcoming major 4.1 update. For a full list of changes, check the version history.

    Attention Mac users - if you downloaded and installed Recabinet 4.0.3 yesterday, please do so again. The wrong build was posted yesterday by mistake due to a sync error on our end. A critical fix was left out as a result. The new installer posted today is theactual 4.0.3 release build. Thanks for understanding, and sorry for any inconvenience!
