Recommendation for VSTi host

Hi all,
Does anyone have recommendations for a VSTi host for live performance?
I want to use my VSTis live and would need song/set lists with routing to/from hardware and software synths.
Easy switching between setups.
What do the pros use?

Thanks,

John

I use SAVIHost, but just for fooling around here at home, not on stage, so I can't testify to its reliability in a critical environment.

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

Cantabile is quite good/useful, Cantabile 3.0 is not 'to' far away, and looks to be a decent upgrade from 2
