Record Arm and Input Echo delays

Lately I have noticed that the Record Arm and Input Echo buttons are rather sluggish to change state. In fact there is quite a noticeable delay for them to take effect once clicked on. I have only noticed this since the Jamaica Plain update.
There has been no other change to my system and still running Windows 7.
Has anyone else seen this?

There are still issues in latest update. For the moment disable monitoring in preferences, under the project section.
