Record Latency Adjustment for wrong audio device?

I have both a Focusrite Saffire and Presonus 24.4.2AI connected to Sonar. Only one is usable at a time due to ASIO limitations. I currently have the Presonus selected and active:

On the Sync and Caching preferences page, the Record Latency Adjustment is showing the Saffire. That seems incorrect since the Saffire is not active.

I change it to Presonus and hit apply. The preferences dialog closes and reopens, and the setting has changed back to Saffire.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

Are the timing masters in Preferences > Driver Settings correct?

If you set the Manual Offset for a device it should be set at what you set it at. Even though you set a manual offset for a device and when you hit OK another device is showing across from Device, the manual offset you set for a device not showing across from Device is still set. You just have to select that device again using the Device dropdown menu to see what manual offset is set for that device.

That is the case for me. In other words. Even though the device you set Manual Offset for is not listed across from Device, the manual offset you entered is still set for the device not showing. You just have to reselect that device to see that the manual offset is still set.

I hope that makes sense to you.
