Seems to be my day for questions.

I dont know what I have done, but I have ended up with 4 tracks having a small red square in the upper left of the 'R' button with a couple showing armed, i.e all red. I dont seem to be able to get rid of these, if I click on one it turns red and one of the all red turns back to just the small red square, it all seems fairly random. Once again I have checked the docs but cannot find any ref. to these small red squares.

Yup, that did it. Dont remember grouping them in the first place though.
