Record with a mic

I had to re install sonar. Now I cant figure out how to record from a mic . I don't see a option.

    You select the track input in a drop down in the track inspector in track view. Pick the input of your choice.

    Enable record and input echo buttons.

    Click r to record.

    I make some videos. This one shows how to do a physical loopback on the RME UCX to get many more equalizer nodes.
