Recording Count-In Visual Confirmation (X2a)

In earlier versions of Sonar, when beginning to record audio without using a metronome click, there's a visual line of text at the bottom left-hand side of the screen showing the countdown to the start of recording.

I don't see this in X2.  Has anybody found a setting that can restore it?

Thanks,

Jerry

I stumbled across this yesterday when setting up a template.  The countdown was actually in the place of the time in the transport window.  Not sure how to get it to do that, but I undid it by selecting an audio (e.g. Hi Ping, etc.) as opposed to a midi note.

Hey Thanks!  That's the solution, when MIDI note is chosen in the metronome rather than audio, the visual confirmation displays, as you said, in the TIME window on the control bar.  Great!
