Recording a click

I need a simple way to bounce a click track for projects I've already created. My band is using a backing track + click running from my macbook pro and as we all know, Logic's klopfgeist is complete **** (my drummer can barely hear it in his monitors and it's extremely irritating). Sonar is my DAW of choice, and I really love the default audio click, so is there any way to route that to a track and record it?

Loop it back from output to an input,
But a much easier way is just create a MIDI track with 1/4 notes and assign it to the sound you want.
The audio metronome has samples you can find if you dig around in the folders.
