Recreating Plugin Settings

Hi there everyone...
I have some missing plugins from previous years ago saved cakewalk files, but I was wondering since the plugin doesn't exist anymore but I need to know what the settings I had in them. Is there any way to get those settings from the missing plugins and put them in updated plugins???

thanks...

I normally use this as an opportunity to rework the project with newer plugins.  With what I have learned over the years it is pretty quick way to improve what I did before.

Studio: Sonar Platinum/Cakewalk by Bandlab Intel Core i7 32GB RAM Samsung Evo 1TB system drive Windows 10 64bit - RME FireFace UFX - Focusrite OctoPre MK II - Audient Mico

    I agree with this 100%
I tend to do the same. After you get past the thought of trying to recapture what you thought was a perfect mix or a perfect setting in a particular plug. You more than likely will be surprised and pleased with the updated results.
