I don't understand Spanish so I don't know what was being talked about.
Musically: The sounds used were ok. I don't listen to this genre...(ever), so I can not speak to it's authenticity to the genre.
To my ears, it sounded like a spoken tune. It wasn't sung. More of a chant. The entire tune was the same chord all the way through.
Perhaps that was the intent, but I found it becoming boring rather quickly. Not understanding the words also contributed to the boredom factor setting in quickly.
Perhaps by adding a chorus that was sung (as opposed to the monotonic spoken almost "sing song" word) and using a melody with some chord changes, this would have been a more interesting song musically.
Some of the pop/rap artists of today blend the rap in the verses with a really cool melody in the chorus. Using the right melody and chords, and blending those 2 styles seems to work well. I would recommend a maybe reworking the song to incorporate those sort of elements to give the song more interest and listener appeal.
A really good example of how this is done was demonstrated on the show "Platinum Hit" in the "write a rap song" competition. You can find it online.
My 2 cents.
