Region Effects Menu: Missing Melodyne and V-Vocal

For some reason I have listed:
 
Perfectspace
Z3ta
Presence
boost
TL64
and Channel Tools.
 
Can crash sonar by selecting any of them.
Already done a reinstall of both X3 and Melodyne.
 
Manual menu anywhere i can remove these add vvox and melo (a la plugin manager)??

    Thank you! that cleaned up the problem.
     
     
     
    EDIT:   Ill add that Audio to MIDI is now working perfectly. Havnt seen this heavily promoted, so for those that missed it - drag an audio clip onto a MIDI track and its instantly converted!
