Registering PSP Audioware McQ Help / SOLVED

I buy'd PSP McQ, and downloaded it , also downloaded the registration file .reg
when i double click it, and add it to the registry.
but when i open the plugin in Sonar, its not activated !

it say in the plugin : Demo period expires in 14 days, klick to run.

Do i need to copy and run the registration file from a special folder ?

I copied it to the installation folder in program files, and run it from there and restarted : nothing...
i copied the registration file in the vst folder of PSP Audioware and ran it from there : still nothing...

HELP, can't be that difficult !

I just double clicked mine and they auto loaded and registered. Have you tried PSP support?

it should be that easy, just double click the file and add the info into the registry.. ( i do not understand why it do not work )
i have done that before with another plugin, and that worked..

no i have not tried PSP support, but i need to send an email now.

EDIT: on the PSP support the  McQ vas not listed in the contact form ( product ) unless i am completely blind..
i had to choose another product
and write in where the version number should be : the PSP McQ 64 bit version.
also in the e-mail description.

this just get me start thinking.......

I also reset the vst and re-scanned it in Sonar, again still nothing, this beats me..

So if anyone use PSP plugins and know how to do register a plugin
it would be nice to know what to do !

I contacted PSP support, and they said it was a problem: with local character in your name
They told me to re download it again, but it did not work.

Hopefully they will fix it.

Jan

EDIT: they fixed the caracter ( å ) to ( a )  so now its registered and working, me happy
