Registration/Demo Mode help

I keep getting a pop up saying "Sonar is running in Demo mode"
When I click where it tells me to, it takes me to a Page no loner exists on the Cakewalk site. 
I see that this has happened to others before but I haven't seen any remedy.
If I try to register Professional it says its already registered but it doesn't show my registration code.
Assuming I have a registration code, where should it be?
If I click help/about in Cakewalk Professional it says legal & shows the serial # but no registration code & the name is blank .  In the command center it shows as connected but again serial # only. 
Does every one else here see their registration code anywhere?
