Remote desktop

Just out of interest, I've setup remote desktop on my computers using windows 10.
 
I can control my other computer (windows 10 pro X64) using my Windows 10 x64 Home
 
But cant control my windows 10 Home from my windows 10 Pro....  (not at the same time obviously!)
 
Is this normal behavior?

    Not used Win10 at all as yet, but as far as I know, yes.

    The home version of Win 10 doesn't have the necessary server built in, only the pro version. Which is one reason I've not yet gone near Win 10. I'm running 81 Pro but I've seen lots of reports of the Win 10 upgrade installing the home version on Windows 7 and 8 Pro systems.

    If I'm wrong, someone with relevant experience please correct me.

    ATI 7750 graphics+ 1GB RAM, 2xIntel 520 series 220GB SSDs, 1 TB Samsung F3 + 1 TB WD HDDs, Seasonic fanless 460W psu, RME Fireface UFX, Focusrite Octopre.
    Assorted real synths, guitars, mandolins, diatonic accordions, percussion, fx and other stuff.

    From what I recall none of the Home versions of Windows came with a RDP installed - you need Pro, Ultimate, or Enterprise.
    Don't know about Windows 10 but there were hacks available for previous Windows versions - assuming that you're willing to run unknown code from unknown parties on your system.
    One of the reasons I never use the Home versions.

    Home Premium, you’ll upgrade to Windows 10 Home.“N” and “KN” editions follow the upgrade path of the parent edition (e.g., Windows 7 Professional N upgrades to Windows 10 Pro N).

    Some editions are excluded: Windows 7 Enterprise, Windows 8/8.1 Enterprise, and Windows RT/RT 8.1.
