Remove TV background noise - is there a 64 bit plugin?

Hi,
I used to use an Adobe 32 bit plugin that allowed me to sample the background noise, then it would remove it.  Alas, despite buying JBridge (which was a nightmare - it wouldn't let me pick what to install so it did everything - twice!) I can no longer use that old plugin.
Is there any noise reduction plugin out there which will provide the same function?  Thanks!

Just for my clarification, this is the second time I have seen "plugin" mentioned when referring to Adobe, but never heard it named. I am interested to know this if you get a chance.

If truly a plugin, you can load the 32 bit version of SONAR and use it without issue (new project, just pull in that audio track, bounce, save, and reload into the 64-bit version).

If this is Adobe Audition, that can be added to the SONAR Utilities menu and launched stand alone from SONAR. It can also be run stand alone similar to the 32-bit SONAR option above. My version of Adobe Audition (v4) is also 32-bit and I launch this from SONAR's Utility menu. While ReaFir can be adequate, even older versions of Adobe Audition are far more capable (and v3 can be gotten for free still to my knowledge - there is a thread from a few years back with a link to getting all of Adobe's Creative Suite 2).

That said, I am still curious what this "plugin" is named so I can research it.

ASUS ROG Maximus X Hero (Wi-Fi AC), i7-8700k, 16GB RAM, GTX-1070Ti, Win 10 Pro, Saffire PRO 24 DSP, A-300 PRO, plus numerous gadgets and gizmos that make or manipulate sound in some way.

This is a good starting point.

If one is working on a very serious project, when that doesn't cut it, iZotope RX series offers much more powerful noise reduction tools, but they are certainly not free.
