Remove a device from controller surfaces menu

Hello, I there is a entry seemingly stuck in midi/control surfaces menu. When I click on the yellow star icon it is always that selection even though I have selected others and have disconnected that controller from the computer. It is always there in that window. Where can I go to delete that entry so it will not be there as an option to be selected? Thanks, salsa.

solved? well after uninstalling sonar a couple of times and still finding it there i uninstalled command center also and went in to the registry for a half hour or so deleting until I got tired of deleting, but, got all the controller entries to the best of my ability. Cakewalk had a reg key with em sitting there; shared controller folder or something like that as I remember. Reinstalled command center and then sonar, restarted. It actual said that a controller surface is not installed, I hope that one wasnt that one it was looking for, how the hell did it know to look for it? maybe something still hiding out in the registry. All seems well now, it is not showing up in midi control surface menu anymore. salsa
