Remove empty measures before start of song

I removed/shortened an intro for a song, but now I have 4 empty measures. How can I remove the 4 measures? Inserting 4 measures is easy, but this I cannot find....
The song consist of midi and audio.

    Enable ripple edit all... then delete

    Windows 10 64bit fully patched, 16 gig ram . 
    PCR-800 Controller.  (Working in Win 10 1809 64bit)
    CPU: i5 4670. 
    Video: Nvidia GTX560ti (latest drivers).
    Audio IF: Focusrite 2i2 2nd Gen

    Internet always on.

    Software    : Cakewalk by Bandlab (2018.09 B29)
    ASIO mode. 24bit 48khz 256 samples

    ...and then turn ripple edit off again...

    Use Ripple edit. Select all tracks.
    In the time ruler select the 4 empty measures.
    Click delete.
    De-select Ripple edit.
