Replacement for Audio Snap.

Since Audio Snap is tied to SONAR, is there any plugin that can do essentialy the same thing?

I really like to be able to grab a transient (say, a drum hit) and stretch it into place when I have an otherwise good performance with only a scant few hits out of place. Slicing and dicing a track into a whole bunch of little clips & dragging them around seems like a clunky workaround.
