Hello,
Can replacing the audio in a track possible without having to re-position the audio?
The Newer Audio is the same as the Audio I want to replace just better quality.
Sort of like updating the audio not re-shifting and such.

Can you please help me out, Thanks in Advance.

I'm not sure I fully understand your question.  I'm not sure what you mean about "not re-shifting."  But you can use the event filter (edit>select>by filter) or (edit>cut special) to choose only the audio events in the old track to delete and leave the automation, etc. in place.  Then use the same procedure to copy only the new audio events and paste them into the old track.
