[Resolved] "Go to Time" should support SMPTE, other time time formats.
It would make my life easier if I could enter a SMPTE time to set as the now time, instead of having to guess the correct MBT time, then adjust.
As it stands now, the only way I know to actually specify a SMPTE location is to create a new marker locked to TC.

Try enabling "Display All Times as SMPTE" in
Preferences > Customization > Display
